And be not afraid of them who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul; but rather be afraid of him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.


For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested, neither was any thing kept secret, but that it might come abroad.


And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.


For there is nothing hid that shall not be discovered, neither any thing concealed, that shall not be known and come to light.


But ye shall receive power, the Holy Ghost being come upon you, and shall be witnesses to me, both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and Samaria, and to the uttermost part of the earth.


And seeing the boldness of Peter and John, and understanding that they were illiterate and uneducated men, they marvelled, and took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.


But Peter and John answering, said to them, Whether it be righteous in the sight of God, to obey you rather than God, judge ye.


Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and manifest the counsels of the hearts. And then shall every one have praise from God.


But even if ye do suffer for righteousness sake, happy are ye; and be not afraid of their terror, neither be ye troubled, But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts:
