Be not therefore like them; for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.


Ask and it shall be given you, seek and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you.


And he said to them, What would ye that I should do for you?


And casting away his garment, he rose and came to Jesus.


And the tribune taking him by the hand, and going aside privately asked, What is it, that thou hast to tell me?


Be careful for nothing, but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God:
