And leaving them, he went out of the city to Bethany and lodged there.


he sent two of his disciples, saying, Go ye into the village over against you, in which entering, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man yet sat; loose him and bring him hither.


And when he was now come nigh, at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to praise God with a loud voice, for all the mighty works that they had seen,


Now by day he was teaching in the temple; and at night going out he lodged at the mount called the mount of Olives.


And going out, he went, according to his custom, to the mount of Olives, and his disciples also followed him.


And he led them out as far as Bethany; and lifting up his hands, he blessed them.


Then they returned to Jerusalem from the Mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath-day's journey.
