And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage; and the door was shut.


For a friend of mine on his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him:


I tell you, though he will not rise and give him,


When once the master of the house is risen up and hath shut the door, and ye begin to stand without, and knock at the door saying, Lord, Lord, open to us: He shall answer and say to you, I know you not whence ye are.


Then Jesus went with them. And when he was now not far from the house, the centurion sent friends to him, saying to him, Lord, trouble not thyself; for I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof.


From henceforth let none trouble me; for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.
