The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear; the dead are raised, and the poor have the gospel preached to them: And happy is he, whosoever shall not be offended at me.


Jesus hearing it, said, This sickness is not to death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified thereby.


Jesus saith to her, Said I not to thee, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?


And when the barbarians saw the venomous animal hanging on his hand, they said one to another, Doubtless this man is a murderer, whom though he hath escaped the sea, vengeance hath not suffered to live.


And having threatened them again, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people; for they all glorified God for that which was done.


And we know and believe the love that God hath to us. God is love, and he that abideth in love, abideth in God, and God in him.


Hereby was manifested the love of God toward us, because God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
