All things are delivered to me by my Father; and no one knoweth the Son but the Father; neither knoweth any one the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son is pleased to reveal him.


He came to his own, and his own received him not.


No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.


All things were made by him, and without him was not one single thing made that was made.


And the light shineth in darkness, but the darkness perceived it not.


Righteous Father, tho' the world hath not known thee, yet I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.


But Jesus answered them, My father worketh until now, and I work.


in that he did good, giving rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, filling their hearts with food and gladness.


For since, in the wisdom of God, the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.


Which none of the rulers of this world knew; for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.


the Father from whom are all things, and we for him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.


For through him were created all things, that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible; whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers; all things were created by him and for him.


Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were made of things which do not appear.


Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the Sons of God; therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
