And they sent to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth; neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men.


Then Peter opening his mouth, said, I perceive of a truth that God is not a respecter of persons:


Testifying both to Jews and Greeks repentance towards God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.


And after some days, Felix coming with Drusilla his wife, who was a Jewess, sent for Paul, and heard him concerning the faith in Christ.


The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham, being in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Haran, And said to him,


For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift,


Which none of the rulers of this world knew; for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.


Hearing of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of


Holding fast faith and a good conscience; which some having thrust away, have made shipwreck of their faith.


I charge thee before God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without prejudging, doing nothing by partiality.


Paul a servant of God, and an Apostle of Jesus Christ, in things concerning the faith of God's elect, and the knowledge of the truth which is after godliness,


Looking for the blessed hope and the glorious appearing of the great God, even our Saviour Jesus Christ.


Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and sustaining all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the majesty on high,


who for the joy that was set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right-hand of the throne of God.


Do not err, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above,


Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.


And ye look upon him that weareth the fine apparel, and say to him, Sit thou here in a good place, and say to the poor man,


But if ye have respect of persons, ye commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors.


But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits,


Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us, thro' the righteousness of our God and Saviour Jesus Christ.


These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own desires, and their mouth speaketh great swelling things, having mens persons in admiration for advantage.


Here is the patience of the saints, who keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
