And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenicia and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles; and they caused great joy to all the brethren.


But the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night to Berea, who coming thither, went into the synagogue of the Jews.


And having said these things, he kneeled down, and prayed with them all.


Sorrowing most for that word which he spake, that they should see his face no more. And they conducted him to the ship.


But Peter, having put them all out, kneeled down and prayed; and turning to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes, and seeing Peter, sat up.
