And he that saw, hath testified it, and his testimony is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye may believe.


This is the disciple, who testifieth of these things, and wrote these things; and we know that his testimony is true. And there are also many other things which Jesus did,


And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and fearing God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned of God by an holy angel, to send for thee to his house, and to hear words from thee.


And one Ananias, a devout man according to the law,


Therefore, brethren, look out from among you seven men of good report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we will set over this business.


That ye may walk decently toward them that are without, and may want nothing.


He ought also to have a good report from them that are without, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
