Should'st not thou also have had compassion on thy fellow-servant, as I had pity on thee?


But a certain Samaritan journeying, came where he was, and seeing him,


And when the day of Pentecost was come, they were all with one accord in one place.


And the next day we reached Sidon. And Julius treating Paul courteously, permitted him to go to his friends, to refresh himself.


And near that place was the estate of the chief man of the island, named Publius, who receiving us into his house, entertained us courteously three days.


And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart, and of one soul: and not so much as one said that ought of the things which he had, was his own, but they had all things common.


In brotherly love be full of tender affection toward each other, in honour preferring one another:


Now the God of patience and consolation give you to think the same thing, according to Christ Jesus,


Now I exhort you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no schisms among you, but that ye be perfectly joined together, in the same mind and in the same judgment.


And whether one member suffer, all the members might suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members might rejoice with it.


With all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering,


Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil-speaking be put away from you with all malice.


And be ye kind one to another, tender-hearted; forgiving one another; as God also for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.


Do nothing through strife or vain-glory, but in lowliness of mind, esteem each the others better than themselves.


But whereunto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.


Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long-suffering:


For judgment without mercy shall be to him that shewed no mercy: mercy glorieth over judgment.


But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits,


Behold, we count them happy that have endured. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord: for the Lord is very pitiful and of tender mercy.


Having purified your souls by obeying the truth thro' the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, love one another with a pure heart fervently:


Honour all men, Love the brotherhood, Fear God,


In like manner, ye younger, submit yourselves to the elder, and be ye all subject to each other. Be ye cloathed with humility; for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.


and to patience godliness, And to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love.


We know, that we are passed from death to life, because we love the brethren: he that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
