Therefore ye shall be perfect, as your Father who is in heaven is perfect.


Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.


And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also may be sanctified thro' the truth.


And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.


And again Isaiah faith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and one arising to rule over the Gentiles: in him shall the Gentiles hope.


Having therefore, beloved, these promises, let us cleanse ourselves from all pollution of the flesh and of the spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.


your love to all the saints) For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven,


Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God even our Father, who hath loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope thro' grace,


through Jesus Christ our Saviour, That, being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs, according to the hope of eternal life.


Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:


That by two unchangeable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled to lay hold on the hope set before us:


For such an high priest became us, holy, harmless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens:


Draw nigh to God and he will draw nigh to you: cleanse your hands, ye sinners, and purify your hearts, ye double-minded.


But as he who hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation:


Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who, according to his abundant mercy, hath begotten us again to a living hope, by the resurrection of Christ from the dead,


By which he hath given us exceeding great and precious promises, that by these, having escaped the corruption which is in the world thro' desire, ye may become partakers of the divine nature:


Wherefore, beloved, seeing ye look for these things, labour to be found of him in peace, without spot and blameless.


He that saith, he abideth in him, ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.


Hereby is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because as he is, so are we in this world.
