Then Pharaoh replied to him, “What do you lack with me, that all of a sudden, you seek to go back to your own country?” “Nothing,” he answered. “Nevertheless let me go anyway.”


You, who tear yourself to pieces in anger, will the earth be abandoned for your sake? Or must a rock be moved from its place?


For resentment kills a fool, and envy slays the simple.


even when I said in my haste, “All men are liars.”


Blessed be Adonai, for He has shown me His wonderful love in a besieged city.


If I had said: “I will speak thus,” surely I would have betrayed a generation of Your children.
