David spoke to Adonai the words of this song in the day that Adonai delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul.


They came against me in the day of my calamity, but Adonai was my support.


This is my own: that I keep Your precepts.


Though I walk amid trouble, You revive me. You stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and Your right hand delivers me.


“Be still, and know that I am God. I am exalted among the nations. I am exalted in the earth.”


They wander around for food. If they are not full, they stay up all night.
