The way of the slacker is a hedge of thorns, but the path of the upright is a highway.


Laziness brings on deep sleep, and an idle soul will starve.


The slacker says, “There’s a lion outside! I’ll be killed in the streets.”


Go to the ant, you slacker— consider its ways and be wise!


So I was afraid, and I went off and hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what is yours.’
