Whether they listen, or whether they will refuse to listen—for they are a rebellious house—they will know that a prophet was among them.


And whoever will not receive you or listen to your words, as you leave that house or that town, shake the dust off your feet.


‘Even the dust of your town sticking to our feet, we wipe off as a witness to you. But know this! The kingdom of God has come near.’


Then heal the sick in that town, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’


And whoever does not receive you, when you leave that town, shake off the dust from your feet as a witness against them.”
