From their half share, take and give it to Eleazar the kohen as Adonai’s part.


Moses gave the tribute, Adonai’s part, to Eleazar the kohen just as Adonai had commanded Moses.


Consider physical Israel. Those who eat the sacrifices—aren’t they partners in the altar?
