“Suppose someone says to God, ‘I have born chastisement, but I will not act wickedly any more.


One who covers up his transgressions will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them finds mercy.


Seek Adonai while He may be found, call on Him while He is near.


No, I tell you! But unless you repent, you all will perish the same way.

In the same way, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”


But it was right to celebrate and rejoice, because this brother of yours was dead but has come back to life! He was lost, but is found.’”


I tell you, in the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one repenting sinner than over the ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance.”

Yeshua answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting so that I wouldn’t be handed over to the Judean leaders. But as it is, My kingdom is not from here.”


God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him.


Afterwards, Yeshua finds him in the Temple. He said to him, “Look, you’ve been healed! Stop sinning, so nothing worse happens to you.”


You judge according to the flesh, but I do not judge anyone.


Or do you belittle the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience—not realizing that God’s kindness leads you to repentance?
