After these things the word of Adonai came to Abram in a vision saying, “Do not fear, Abram. I am your shield, your very great reward.”


and throw your gold in the dust, and the gold of Ophir to the rocks in the wadis,


Surely then Shaddai will be your delight and you will lift up your face to God.


with princes who had gold, who filled their houses with silver.


He said, I love You, Adonai my strength!


For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else. I would rather stand at the threshold of the House of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness.


It will be your time of faithfulness, a wealth of salvation, wisdom and knowledge— the fear of Adonai is His treasure.


Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Surely I will help you. I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.


“Adonai is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in Him.”


What then shall we say in view of these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?


as grieving yet always rejoicing; as poor yet enriching many; as having nothing yet possessing everything.


Listen, my dear brothers and sisters. Didn’t God choose the poor in this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the Kingdom that He promised to those who love Him?
