Then Abraham journeyed from there to the land of the Negev and settled between Kadesh and Shur. While he was dwelling as an outsider in Gerar,


Then Rebekah got up, with her maids, and they mounted the camels and followed after the man. So the servant took Rebekah and departed.


After Abraham’s death, God blessed Isaac his son, and Isaac lived near Beer-lahai-roi.
