For Ezra had set his heart to seek the Torah of Adonai, to observe and to teach its statues and ordinances in Israel.


Blessed be Adonai, the God of our fathers, who has put it into the heart of the king to beautify the House of Adonai in Jerusalem in this way


I got up during the night along with a few men. But I did not tell anyone what my God had put in my heart to do for Jerusalem. There were no animals with me except the animal I was riding.


Also look, I Myself have appointed with him Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan. Within the hearts of all who are wise-hearted I have placed skill, so that they may make everything that I have commanded you:


as well as cutting gemstones for setting, wood carving, to make all kinds of skillful craftsmanship.


But to each person is given the manifestation of the Ruach for the benefit of all.
