My heart’s desire is to make you into a great nation, to bless you, to make your name great so that you may be a blessing.


But Adonai was with Joseph and extended kindness to him and gave him favor in the eyes of the commander of the prison.


I have been with you wherever you went, and have cut off all your enemies from before you; and I will make your name as great as the greatest on earth.


Mordecai was prominent at the palace, and his fame spread throughout all the provinces. The man Mordecai was growing ever more powerful.


He caused them to be pitied in the presence of all their captors.


So Bnei-Yisrael acted ­according to the word of Moses. They asked the Egyptians for articles of silver and gold, and for clothing.


Adonai gave the people favor in the eyes of the Egyptians and let them have what they asked for. So they plundered the Egyptians.


“Then I shall grant these people favor in the eyes of the Egyptians. So it will happen that when you go, you will not leave empty-handed.


The sons of those who afflicted you will come bowing to you, and all those who despised you will fall at the soles of your feet. They will call you the city of Adonai, Zion of the Holy One of Israel.


Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and he was powerful in his words and deeds.


There has not risen again a prophet in Israel like Moses, whom Adonai knew face to face,


with all the signs and wonders Adonai sent him to do in the land of Egypt—to Pharaoh, all his servants, and all his land—


On that day Adonai exalted Joshua in the eyes of all Israel. So they revered him, just as they had revered Moses all the days of his life.


Behold, I will cause those of the synagogue of satan—who say they are Jewish and are not, but lie—behold, I will cause them to come and bow down before your feet, so that they acknowledge that I have loved you!
