It is enough for the disciple to become like his teacher, and the slave like his master. If they have called the head of the house beelzebul, how much more the members of his household!


Therefore, whenever we have an opportunity, let us do good toward all—especially those who belong to the household of faith.


At that time you were separate from Messiah, excluded from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.


from Him every family in heaven and on earth receives its name.


This mystery is that the Gentiles are joint heirs and fellow members of the same body and co-sharers of the promise in Messiah Yeshua through the Good News.


For our citizenship is in heaven, and from there we eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Yeshua the Messiah.


These all died in faith without receiving the things promised—but they saw them and welcomed them from afar, and they confessed that they were strangers and sojourners on the earth.


For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the one that is to come.


Loved ones, I urge you as strangers and sojourners to keep away from the fleshly cravings that war against the soul.


See how glorious a love the Father has given us, that we should be called God’s children—and so we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know Him.
