Whoever speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who seeks the glory of the One who sent Him, He is true and there is no unrighteousness in Him.


“Brothers, sons of the family of Abraham and those among you who are God-fearers, it is to us the message of this salvation has been sent.


“Men of Israel, hear these words! Yeshua ha-Natzrati—a Man authenticated to you by God with mighty deeds and wonders and signs God performed through Him in your midst, as you yourselves know—


While he was clinging to Peter and John, all the people together came running toward them in the place called Solomon’s Portico.


The God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His Servant Yeshua—the One you handed over and disowned before Pilate, though he had decided to release Him.


I say then, God has not rejected His people, has He? May it never be! For I too am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.


who are Israelites. To them belong the adoption and the glory and the covenants and the giving of the Torah and the Temple service and the promises.


not that we are competent in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our competence is from God.


Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these dressed in white robes, and where have they come from?” I said to him, “Sir, you know.”
