The wicked flee when no one is pursuing, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.


Behold, you will summon a nation you do not know, and a nation that did not know you will run to you, because of Adonai your God and the Holy One of Israel, for He has glorified you.”


Whether they listen, or whether they will refuse to listen—for they are a rebellious house—they will know that a prophet was among them.


But go instead to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.


“He will bring those miserable men to a miserable end,” they said to Him, “and will lease the vineyard to other tenants, who will give him his share of the fruits in their seasons.”


Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to people producing its fruits.


These shall go off to everlasting punishment, but the righteous into everlasting life.”


and that repentance for the removal of sins is to be proclaimed in His name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem.


He came to His own, but His own did not receive Him.


You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews.


But they passed on from Perga and came to Antioch of Pisidia. Entering the synagogue on the Shabbat, they sat down.


“Brothers, sons of the family of Abraham and those among you who are God-fearers, it is to us the message of this salvation has been sent.


When they arrived at Salamis, they began to proclaim the word of God in the Jewish synagogues. They also had John as a helper.


But when they were hardening and refusing to believe, speaking evil of the Way before the whole group, he withdrew from them, taking the disciples with him, debating daily in the hall of Tyrannus.


“And he said to me, ‘Go! For I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’”


Rather, I kept declaring—first to those in Damascus, and then Jerusalem and throughout all the region of Judea, and also the Gentiles—that they should repent and turn to God, performing deeds consistent with that repentance.


Therefore let it be known to you that this salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will listen!”


God raised up His Servant and sent Him first to you, to bless you all by turning each of you from your wicked ways.”


Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John and figured out they were laymen without training, they were amazed. They began to realize that these men had been with Yeshua.


“O you stiff-necked people! You uncircumcised of heart and ears! You always resist the Ruach ha-Kodesh; just as your fathers did, you do as well.


Immediately he began proclaiming Yeshua in the synagogues, saying, “He is Ben-Elohim.”


For I am not ashamed of the Good News, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who trusts—to the Jew first and also to the Greek.


But there will be glory, honor, and shalom to everyone who does good—to the Jew first and also to the Greek.


They made Me jealous with a non-god. They vexed Me with airy idols. So I will make them jealous with a non-people. With a foolish nation I will vex them.


Because of my imprisonment, most of the brothers and sisters have become confident in the Lord to dare more than ever to speak the message fearlessly.
