Unexpectedly, a man of God came from Judah to Bethel with the word of Adonai while Jeroboam was standing by the altar to burn incense.


but turned back, ate bread and drank water in the place of which He said to you, ‘Eat no bread and drink no water,’ your carcass will not enter the tomb of your fathers.”


For so I was charged by the word of Adonai, saying, ‘You are to eat no bread, nor drink water, nor return by the way by which you came.’”


Now a certain man of the sons of the prophets said to his fellow by the word of Adonai, “Strike me please!” But the man refused to strike him.


But Micaiah said, “As Adonai lives, what Adonai says to me, that will I speak.”


Out of his mouth go flames, sparks of fire shoot out.


Will Your wonders be known in the darkness? Your righteousness in the land of oblivion?


“Yes,” Peter said. Now when Peter came into the house, Yeshua spoke to him first, saying, “What do you think, Simon? The kings of the earth, from whom do they collect tolls or tax? From their sons or from strangers?”


Then those also who have fallen asleep in Messiah have perished.


I must go on boasting—though it does no good, I will go on to visions and revelations of the Lord.


knowing that the One who raised the Lord Yeshua will raise us also with Yeshua, and will bring us with you into His presence.


I did not receive it from any human, nor was I taught it, but it came through a revelation of Yeshua the Messiah.


For who is our hope or joy or crown of boasting before our Lord Yeshua at His coming? Is it not you?


Now we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers and sisters, about those who are asleep, so that you may not grieve like the rest who have no hope.


He died for us so that, whether we may be awake or asleep, we may live together with Him.


Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, concerning the coming of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah and our gathering together to Him,
