These are the things that make the man unholy; but to eat with unwashed hands does not make the man unholy.”


For it does not enter into the heart but into the stomach, and then goes out into the sewer, cleansing all foods.”


Don’t work for food that spoils, but for the food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For on Him, God the Father has put the seal of approval.”


Your fathers ate the manna in the desert, yet they died.


I urge you therefore, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice—holy, acceptable to God—which is your spiritual service.


for the kingdom of God is not about eating and drinking, but righteousness and shalom and joy in the Ruach ha-Kodesh.


Therefore do not let sin rule in your mortal body so that you obey its desires.


Therefore, my brothers and sisters, you also were made dead to the Torah through the body of Messiah, so that you might be joined to another—the One who was raised from the dead—in order that we might bear fruit for God.


Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that the Ruach Elohim dwells among you?


Don’t you know that your bodies are members of Messiah? Shall I then take the members of Messiah and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be!


Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Ruach ha-Kodesh who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?


For I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy. For I betrothed you to one husband, to present you to Messiah as a pure virgin.


And He died for all so that those who live might no longer live for themselves, but for the One who died for them and was raised.


Now those who belong to Messiah have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.


For the husband is head of the wife, as Messiah also is head of His community—Himself the Savior of the body.
