A psalm of David. Adonai declares to my Lord: “Sit at My right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”


Of the increase of His government and shalom there will be no end— on the throne of David and over His kingdom— to establish it and uphold it through justice and righteousness from now until forevermore. The zeal of Adonai-Tzva’ot will accomplish this.


For he says, ‘Adonai said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, until I put Your enemies under Your feet.”’


David himself, through the Ruach ha-Kodesh, said, ‘Adonai said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, until I put Your enemies under Your feet.”’


For David did not ascend into the heavens; yet he himself says, ‘Adonai said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand,


God placed all things under Messiah’s feet and appointed Him as head over all things for His community—


But to which of the angels has He ever said, “Sit at My right hand, until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet”?


You put all things in subjection underneath his feet.” For when He put all things in subjection to him, He left nothing outside his control. But for now we do not yet see all things subjected to him.
