For he whom God sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without measure.


Therefore, having been exalted to the right hand of God and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this that you now see and hear.


You were dead in the trespasses and sins


made us alive together with Christ even when we were dead in our trespasses—by grace you have been saved.


And although you were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive together with Christ. He forgave us all our trespasses


But she who lives in self-indulgence is dead even while she lives.


For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is also dead.

I know yoʋr works, yoʋr tribulation, and yoʋr poverty—yet yoʋ are rich! I know the slander of those who declare themselves to be Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.


I know yoʋr works; yoʋ are neither cold nor hot. If only yoʋ were cold or hot!


Be watchful and strengthen what remains, which yoʋ were about to throw away, for I have not found yoʋr works to be complete in the sight of my God.


I know yoʋr works. Behold, I have set before yoʋ an open door that no one can shut. I know that yoʋ have little strength, but yoʋ have kept my word and have not denied my name.


From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings, and peals of thunder, and there were seven flaming torches burning before the throne; these are the seven spirits of God.


Then I saw a Lamb that looked like it had been slain; he was standing among the elders in the midst of the throne and the four living creatures. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.
