Then Jesus left the crowds and went into the house, and his disciples came to him and said, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.”


So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come and separate the evil from the righteous


Then his disciples came and said to him, “Do yoʋ know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this statement?”


For the Son of Man will come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay each person according to what he has done.


Truly I say to you, there are some standing here who will certainly not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.”


Afterward the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?”


When they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Bethsphage, at the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two disciples ahead,


For just as lightning comes from the east and shines to the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.


Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the heavens, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.


As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.


They knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. So will it be at the coming of the Son of Man.


But know this: If the master of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and not allowed his house to be broken into.


teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.


So they asked him, “Teacher, when will these things happen? And what will be the sign when these things are about to take place?”


He said to them, “It is not for you to know the times or seasons that the Father has set by his own authority,


for then he would have had to suffer again and again since the foundation of the world. But now he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to remove sin by the sacrifice of himself.
