Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked through them and confirmed the message by the signs that accompanied it. Amen.


But from now on the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the power of God.”


Now when the days were approaching for Jesus' ascension, he set his face to go to Jerusalem.


Now before the feast of the Passover, Jesus knew that his hour had come to depart from this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.


I came from the Father and have come into the world, and now I am leaving the world and going to the Father.”


But now I am coming to yoʋ, and I speak these things in the world so that they may have my joy made full within them.


Jesus said to her, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to my Father. But go to my brothers and tell them that I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.”


When they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of Jonah, do yoʋ love me more than these?” Peter said to him, “Yes, Lord, yoʋ know that I care for yoʋ.” Jesus said to him, “Feed my lambs.”


Jesus said to him, “If I wish for him to remain until I come, what is that to yoʋ? Yoʋ follow me!”


Then what if you see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before?


beginning from the baptism of John up to the day when Jesus was taken up from us, must become a witness with us of his resurrection.”


Therefore, having been exalted to the right hand of God and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this that you now see and hear.


Heaven must receive him until the time comes for the restoration of all things, which God declared by the mouth of all his holy prophets long ago.


Who is to condemn? Christ is the one who died, but more than that, he was raised and is at the right hand of God, interceding for us.


If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.


Beyond all question, great is the mystery of godliness: God was revealed in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among nations, believed on in the world, and taken up in glory.


He is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his nature, sustaining all things by his powerful word. When he had made purification for our sins by giving his own life, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in high places,


fixing our eyes upon Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.


Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast to our confession.


where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, because he has become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.


It was fitting for us to have such a high priest, one who is holy, innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners, and exalted above the heavens.


Now the main point of what we are saying is this: We have such a high priest, who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven,


For Christ did not enter holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true ones; he entered heaven itself, so that he might appear now before God on our behalf.


who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, with angels, authorities, and powers subject to him.
