Blessed are those servants whom their master finds keeping watch when he comes. Truly I say to you, he will dress himself for service and have them recline at the table, and he will come and serve them.


“Suppose one of you has a servant plowing the field or tending the sheep. As soon as he comes in from the field would you say, ‘Come and recline at the table’?


Do yoʋ thank that servant because he did what he was commanded? I think not.


so he rose from supper, laid aside his outer garments, took a towel, and wrapped it around his waist.
