And he spake of trees, from the cedar that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall: he spake also of beasts, and of fowl, and of creeping things, and of fishes.


The mountains were covered with the shadow of it, And the boughs thereof were like cedars of God.


The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.


They that are planted in the house of the LORD Shall flourish in the courts of our God.


And thou shalt make forty sockets of silver under the twenty boards; two sockets under one board for its two tenons, and two sockets under another board for its two tenons:


O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the covert of the steep place, Let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice: For sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely.


Thy lips, O my bride, drop as the honeycomb: Honey and milk are under thy tongue; And the smell of thy garments is like the smell of Lebanon.


Thy neck is like the tower of ivory; Thine eyes as the pools in Heshbon, by the gate of Bath-rabbim; Thy nose is like the tower of Lebanon Which looketh toward Damascus.


Her nobles were purer than snow, they were whiter than milk, they were more ruddy in body than rubies, their polishing was as of sapphire:


in the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell.


The cedars in the garden of God could not hide him: the fir trees were not like his boughs, and the plane trees were not as his branches; nor was any tree in the garden of God like unto him in his beauty.


They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and blossom as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.


For how great is his goodness, and how great is his beauty! corn shall make the young men flourish, and new wine the maids.


and he was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his garments became white as the light.


His appearance was as lightning, and his raiment white as snow:


Thou madest known unto me the ways of life; Thou shalt make me full of gladness with thy countenance.


And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness; He who was manifested in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen of angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, received up in glory.


Then the woman came and told her husband, saying, A man of God came unto me, and his countenance was like the countenance of the angel of God, very terrible; and I asked him not whence he was, neither told he me his name:
