O Lord, open thou my lips; And my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.


And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,


In that day will I cause an horn to bud forth unto the house of Israel, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.


Now the hand of the LORD had been upon me in the evening, afore he that was escaped came; and he had opened my mouth, until he came to me in the morning; and my mouth was opened, and I was no more dumb.


And take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set it for a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face toward it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This shall be a sign to the house of Israel.


and when he had spoken unto me according to these words, I set my face toward the ground, and was dumb.


for I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to withstand or to gainsay.


And on my behalf, that utterance may be given unto me in opening my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel,
