When thou with rebukes dost correct man for iniquity, Thou makest his beauty to consume away like a moth: Surely every man is vanity. Selah


Consume them in wrath, consume them, that they be no more: And let them know that God ruleth in Jacob, Unto the ends of the earth. Selah


Therefore their days did he consume in vanity, And their years in terror.


Who knoweth the power of thine anger, And thy wrath according to the fear that is due unto thee?


For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: We bring our years to an end as a tale that is told.


And it came to pass in the morning watch, that the LORD looked forth upon the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of cloud, and discomfited the host of the Egyptians.


Thou didst march through the land in indignation, Thou didst thresh the nations in anger.
