For thou shalt make them turn their back, Thou shalt make ready with thy bowstrings against the face of them.


All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn unto the LORD: And all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.


For thine arrows stick fast in me, And thy hand presseth me sore.


In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, The LORD is our righteousness.


God bringeth him forth out of Egypt; He hath as it were the strength of the wild-ox: He shall eat up the nations his adversaries, And shall break their bones in pieces, And smite them through with his arrows.


Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and the rest of the apostles, Brethren, what shall we do?


They then that received his word were baptized: and there were added unto them in that day about three thousand souls.


But many of them that heard the word believed; and the number of the men came to be about five thousand.


and believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women;


But they, when they heard this, were cut to the heart, and were minded to slay them.


And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem exceedingly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.


Now when they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.
