As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried; he is a shield unto all them that trust in him.


For he hath oppressed and forsaken the poor; He hath violently taken away an house, and he shall not build it up.


Surely there is a mine for silver, And a place for gold which they refine.


Thy word is very pure; therefore thy servant loveth it.


As for God, his way is perfect: The word of the LORD is tried; He is a shield unto all them that trust in him.


The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.


For thou, O God, hast proved us: Thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.


Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: The residue of wrath shalt thou gird upon thee.


Have mercy upon me, O LORD; Behold my affliction which I suffer of them that hate me, Thou that liftest me up from the gates of death;


And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;


and I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Amorite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite.


And the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for by a strong hand shall he let them go, and by a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land.


For the LORD will plead their cause, And despoil of life those that despoil them.


Every word of God is tried: He is a shield unto them that trust in him.


And I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon name and remnant, and son and son's son, saith the LORD.


How will I arise, saith the LORD; now will I lift up myself; now will I be exalted.
