I have sworn, and have confirmed it, That I will observe thy righteous judgements.


Depart from me, ye evil-doers; That I may keep the commandments of my God.


Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, That seek him with the whole heart.


I cried unto thee, O LORD; I said, Thou art my refuge, My portion in the land of the living.


The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: Thou maintainest my lot.


Which my lips have uttered, And my mouth hath spoken, when I was in distress.


My flesh and my heart faileth: But God is the strength of my heart and my portion for ever.


The portion of Jacob is not like these; for he is the former of all things; and Israel is the tribe of his inheritance: the LORD of hosts is his name.


The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.


And they shall have no inheritance among their brethren: the LORD is their inheritance, as he hath spoken unto them.
