in the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.


It shall go down to the bars of Sheol, When once there is rest in the dust.


Yet shall he be borne to the grave, And shall keep watch over the tomb.


They are exalted; yet a little while, and they are gone; Yea, they are brought low, they are taken out of the way as all other, And are cut off as the tops of the ears of corn.


Which rejoice exceedingly, And are glad, when they can find the grave?


For I know that thou wilt bring me to death, And to the house appointed for all living.


One generation goeth, and another generation cometh; and the earth abideth for ever.


and the dust return to the earth as it was, and the spirit return unto God who gave it.


There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power over the day of death; and there is no discharge in that war: neither shall wickedness deliver him that is given to it.
