Now it came to pass in the third year of Hoshea son of Elah king of Israel, that Hezekiah the son of Ahaz king of Judah began to reign.


And David said to all the congregation, Now bless the LORD your God. And all the congregation blessed the LORD, the God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads, and worshipped the LORD, and the king.


And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground: and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell down before the LORD, worshipping the LORD.


And all the congregation worshipped, and the singers sang, and the trumpeters sounded; all this continued until the burnt offering was finished.


And all the children of Israel looked on, when the fire came down, and the glory of the LORD was upon the house; and they bowed themselves with their faces to the ground upon the pavement, and worshipped, and gave thanks unto the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.


Yea, all kings shall fall down before him: All nations shall serve him.


O come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker:


O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: Tremble before him, all the earth.


For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, to me every knee shall bow, And every tongue shall confess to God.
