Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Go in, tread, for the wine press is full. The vats overflow, for their wickedness is great.


Let both grow together until the harvest; and at harvest time I will tell the reapers, Gather the weeds first and bind them in bundles to be burned, but gather the wheat into my barn.’ ”


and the enemy who sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the close of the age, and the reapers are angels.

and out of the temple came the seven angels with the seven plagues, robed in pure bright linen, and their breasts girded with golden girdles.


The seventh angel poured his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple, from the throne, saying, “It is done!”


they cried out with a loud voice, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before thou wilt judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell upon the earth?”
