And he moved from there and dug another well, and over that they did not quarrel; so he called its name Rehoboth, saying, “For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.”


And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding beyond measure, and largeness of mind like the sand on the seashore,


and I shall walk at liberty, for I have sought thy precepts.


Thou didst give a wide place for my steps under me, and my feet did not slip.


Draw me after you, let us make haste. The king has brought me into his chambers. We will exult and rejoice in you; we will extol your love more than wine; rightly do they love you.


but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.


Then you shall see and be radiant, your heart shall thrill and rejoice; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the nations shall come to you.


The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good tidings to the afflicted; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;


and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”


So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.


Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.


Our mouth is open to you, Corinthians; our heart is wide.


Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us,


Live as free men, yet without using your freedom as a pretext for evil; but live as servants of God.
