I have sworn an oath and confirmed it, to observe thy righteous ordinances.


I incline my heart to perform thy statutes for ever, to the end.


My soul is consumed with longing for thy ordinances at all times.


I will keep thy law continually, for ever and ever;


He who walks blamelessly, and does what is right, and speaks truth from his heart;


Remember not the sins of my youth, or my trangressions; according to thy steadfast love remember me, for thy goodness' sake, O Lord!


Thou meetest him that joyfully works righteousness, those that remember thee in thy ways. Behold, thou wast angry, and we sinned; in our sins we have been a long time, and shall we be saved?


Whoever does the will of God is my brother, and sister, and mother.”


But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”


“But woe to you Pharisees! for you tithe mint and rue and every herb, and neglect justice and the love of God; these you ought to have done, without neglecting the others.


If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.


You are my friends if you do what I command you.


So I always take pains to have a clear conscience toward God and toward men.


to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life;


And let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not lose heart.


“You shall therefore love the Lord your God, and keep his charge, his statutes, his ordinances, and his commandments always.


But he who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer that forgets but a doer that acts, he shall be blessed in his doing.


Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates.


Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night within his temple; and he who sits upon the throne will shelter them with his presence.
