and by your descendants shall all the nations of the earth bless themselves, because you have obeyed my voice.”


and your descendants shall be like the dust of the earth, and you shall spread abroad to the west and to the east and to the north and to the south; and by you and your descendants shall all the families of the earth bless themselves.


The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until he comes to whom it belongs; and to him shall be the obedience of the peoples.


All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the Lord; and all the families of the nations shall worship before him.


He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the victory of our God.


In that day the root of Jesse shall stand as an ensign to the peoples; him shall the nations seek, and his dwellings shall be glorious.


Lo, these shall come from afar, and lo, these from the north and from the west, and these from the land of Syene.”


he says: “It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the preserved of Israel; I will give you as a light to the nations, that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”


The Lord has bared his holy arm before the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.


So they shall fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun; for he will come like a rushing stream, which the wind of the Lord drives.


O Lord, my strength and my stronghold, my refuge in the day of trouble, to thee shall the nations come from the ends of the earth and say: “Our fathers have inherited naught but lies, worthless things in which there is no profit.


And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, nor shall its sovereignty be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand for ever;

They said to him, “He will put those wretches to a miserable death, and let out the vineyard to other tenants who will give him the fruits in their seasons.”


and he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.


“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”


When Jesus heard him, he marveled, and said to those who followed him, “Truly, I say to you, not even in Israel have I found such faith.


Blessed are those servants whom the master finds awake when he comes; truly, I say to you, he will gird himself and have them sit at table, and he will come and serve them.


The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died and was buried;


And the believers from among the circumcised who came with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on the Gentiles.


When they heard this they were silenced. And they glorified God, saying, “Then to the Gentiles also God has granted repentance unto life.”


strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying that through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God.


And when they arrived, they gathered the church together and declared all that God had done with them, and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles.


But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep.


Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor sexual perverts,


that is, how the Gentiles are fellow heirs, members of the same body, and partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel.


Here there cannot be Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free man, but Christ is all, and in all.


This is evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be made worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are suffering—


twelve thousand of the tribe of Asher, twelve thousand of the tribe of Naphtali, twelve thousand of the tribe of Manasseh,
