And as one of them opened his sack to give his ass provender at the lodging place, he saw his money in the mouth of his sack;


and when we came to the lodging place we opened our sacks, and there was every man's money in the mouth of his sack, our money in full weight; so we have brought it again with us,


But I am a worm, and no man; scorned by men, and despised by the people.


At a lodging place on the way the Lord met him and sought to kill him.


Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, a young woman shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanu-el.


but knew her not until she had borne a son; and he called his name Jesus.


Is not this the carpenter's son? Is not his mother called Mary? And are not his brothers James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?


And Jesus said to him, “Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man has nowhere to lay his head.”


and went to him and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; then he set him on his own beast and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.


And while they were there, the time came for her to be delivered.


And in that region there were shepherds out in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
