“Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.


Keep your heart with all vigilance; for from it flow the springs of life.


Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast, who keeps the sabbath, not profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”


“If you turn back your foot from the sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day, and call the sabbath a delight and the holy day of the Lord honorable; if you honor it, not going your own ways, or seeking your own pleasure, or talking idly;


And he said to them, “Take heed what you hear; the measure you give will be the measure you get, and still more will be given you.


Take heed then how you hear; for to him who has will more be given, and from him who has not, even what he thinks that he has will be taken away.”


Take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God which he obtained with the blood of his own Son.


Take heed lest your heart be deceived, and you turn aside and serve other gods and worship them,


“Therefore take good heed to yourselves. Since you saw no form on the day that the Lord spoke to you at Horeb out of the midst of the fire,


Take heed to yourselves, lest you forget the covenant of the Lord your God, which he made with you, and make a graven image in the form of anything which the Lord your God has forbidden you.


“Only take heed, and keep your soul diligently, lest you forget the things which your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life; make them known to your children and your children's children—


Take good heed to yourselves, therefore, to love the Lord your God.
