I believe that I shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living!


Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my help and my God.


testifying both to Jews and to Greeks of repentance to God and of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.


So faith, hope, love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.


(What I am saying I say not with the Lord's authority but as a fool, in this boastful confidence;


because we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.


Therefore, if any one is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, behold, the new has come.


for we walk by faith, not by sight.


lest if some Macedonians come with me and find that you are not ready, we be humiliated—to say nothing of you—for being so confident.


For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision is of any avail, but faith working through love.


Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to further the faith of God's elect and their knowledge of the truth which accords with godliness,


let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.


But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who have faith and keep their souls.
