Some men came and told Jehoshaphat, “A great multitude is coming against you from Edom, from beyond the sea; and, behold, they are in Hazazon-tamar” (that is, En-gedi).


Yonder is the sea, great and wide, which teems with things innumerable, living things both small and great.


The fishermen will mourn and lament, all who cast hook in the Nile; and they will languish who spread nets upon the water.


Lo, these shall come from afar, and lo, these from the north and from the west, and these from the land of Syene.”
