Then King Rehoboam sent Adoram, who was taskmaster over the forced labor, and all Israel stoned him to death with stones. And King Rehoboam made haste to mount his chariot, to flee to Jerusalem.


Azariah the son of Nathan was over the officers; Zabud the son of Nathan was priest and king's friend;


Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, who provided food for the king and his household; each man had to make provision for one month in the year.


And this is the account of the forced labor which King Solomon levied to build the house of the Lord and his own house and the Millo and the wall of Jerusalem and Hazor and Megiddo and Gezer
