Thy face make on thy servant shine; teach me thy statutes still.


O thine own people do thou save, bless thine inheritance; Them also do thou feed, and them for evermore advance.


Thy countenance to shine do thou upon thy servant make: Unto me give salvation, for thy great mercies' sake.


Give ear unto me when I call, God of my righteousness: Have mercy, hear my pray'r; thou hast enlarg'd me in distress.


O who will shew us any good? is that which many say: But of thy countenance the light, Lord, lift on us alway.


Lord, in thy wrath rebuke me not; Nor in thy hot rage chasten me.
