The wicked, through his pride of face, on God he doth not call; And in the counsels of his heart the Lord is not at all.


He from his sanctuary's height hath downward cast his eye; And from his glorious throne in heav'n the Lord the earth did spy;


God in his holy temple is, in heaven is his throne: His eyes do see, his eye-lids try


Wisdom's beginning is God's fear: good understanding they Have all that his commands fulfill: his praise endures for aye.


When thou didst say, Seek ye my face, then unto thee reply Thus did my heart, Above all things thy face, Lord, seek will I.
